We are currently recruiting for:

☞ Residential Program Manager
☞ Provide program planning, development, and implementation of OAR’s.
☞ Ensure that qualified and adequate staffing is maintained.
☞ Oversee training and licensing process for those seeking certification
☞ Fiscal planning and budget maintenance

Principle Duties:
☞ Ability to work as an effective team leader
☞ Work with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds
☞ Focus on and reinforce positive strengths and behaviors
☞ Provide staff leadership to ensure that individuals understand program goals and can carry out assigned responsibilities
☞ Identify ongoing staff development needs and obtain appropriate training or resources
☞ Monitor provision of evidence-based practices and ensure that supervised staff members maintain fidelity to model curriculums
☞ Evaluate service outcomes and identify and implement appropriate changes and/or new approaches
☞ Mediate disputes between agency personnel and/or between personnel and individuals in service
☞ Supervise staff scheduling
☞ Maintain clinical skills and knowledge of community
☞ Model and encourage wellness for staff and agency participants
☞ Manage all physical plan operations in compliance with relevant codes rules and requirements
☞ Understand, monitor and enforce adherence to agency policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
☞ Masters degree from an accredited College or University
☞ Bachelors degree with additional experience accepted
☞ Minimum of 3 years supervised clinical experience under supervision
☞ CADC II or higher
☞ Understanding of Addictions, Mental Health Diagnosis and Co-Occurring Disorders
☞ Basic understanding of Attachment Theory
☞ Basic understanding of dynamics of domestic violence
☞ Experience in couples and family therapy
☞ Knowledge of Cognitive Behavior Therapy techniques
☞ Ability to pass a criminal records check
