The receptionist is the first face our employees, applicants, visitors and clients see when they arrive and the first voice they hear when they call.
This person must be upbeat, engaging and able to think and respond quickly. This person will set the energy for the front desk environment. Emotional maturity, integrity and confidentiality are critical in this position.

Daily tasks included (but not limited to):
• Greeting and managing walk ins
• Answering phones and managing message
• Tracking attendance
• Totaling timecards
• Managing confidential employee information
• Light payroll support duties
• Organizing and managing training paperwork
• Communicating with staffing agency and in house team regarding training and staffing
• Filing and managing electronic documents
• Providing administrative support to management as needed

Skills required:
• Computer confidence and proficiency including Excel and Google applications
• Multi line phone systems
• File and data organization
• Accuracy in reporting and recording data as well as written and verbal information
• Proficient with business emails and business etiquette
• Managing and organizing email flow.
This is a full time position, starting immediately. Hours are flexible with best fit being 5:30am to 2:30pm with a one hour lunch.
